Ideal for families or first-time buyers, this share offers a taste of premium, pasture-raised beef without overwhelming your freezer space.

Our ½ beef share provides a generous variety of cuts, from tender steaks and hearty roasts to flavorful ground beef. All meat is locally raised, pasture-fed, and grain finished with high quality feed, then expertly butchered and packaged for long-term storage. Perfect for families who want to enjoy high-quality beef throughout the year.

🥩 Whole Beef Share – Stock Your Freezer with Premium Local Beef ($1,500 deposit)

Go big with a whole beef share and bring the farm straight to your freezer. This option includes a full range of cuts—steaks, roasts, ground beef, stew meat, and more—carefully butchered to your specifications. Our cows are humanely raised and pasture-fed, ensuring rich flavor, excellent marbling, and quality you can trust.

🥩 Beef Share Deposit Policy

A non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your ¼, ½, or whole beef share. Deposits secure your animal, as quantities are limited each season. Your deposit is applied toward your final total at pickup. Because each beef is custom-processed to your order, deposits cannot be refunded. This ensures we can plan responsibly and guarantee quality beef for all our customers.

🥩 Processing Timeline

This current round of beef will be ready for processing approximately between May and August 2026. As the date approaches, we’ll contact you via call, text, or email to confirm your custom cutting instructions and schedule pickup.

💲 Pricing & Butcher Fees

‍ ‍Price: Beef is priced at $5.50 per pound of hanging weight, based on the actual weight of the carcass after processing. Butcher Fees: The butcher charges a separate fee, with a $700 minimum, paid directly at pickup. These fees are not included in the farm’s pricing.
